COVID-19 Resources for Religion Communicators
The COVID-19 pandemic has created unique challenges for everyone. For religion communicators, many of us have shifted to working remotely and are assisting our organizations with live streaming worship services, creating webinars, utilizing social media even more than before, and through it all, trying to communicate clearly, honestly, and transparently.
Below are some resources from RCC member’s organizations as well as other organizations which may be useful for your work in the weeks ahead. We will be updating this page regularly as we come across new resources.
CDC Resources for Community- and Faith-Based Leaders
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has created a resource page for community- and faith-based leaders that includes checklists, flyers, and other information that could be helpful in your organization’s safety and community efforts.
How To Stay Well Prevention Resource Center from the Church of Scientology

Navigating Communal Trauma in Faith
The Odyssey Impact (which includes several RCC members) has recorded a virtual town hall with Macedonian Ministry and the Institute for Collective Trauma and Growth that features colleagues and experts who’ve led congregations in through both human-caused and natural disasters, and share what pastoral care and leadership wisdom those experiences provide us now.
